3. How we use the information
- Deliver core functionality (export, import, sync).
- Provide in-app status messages and diagnostics.
- Improve and secure the App through aggregated analytics.
- We never use store data for advertising, profiling, or resale.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:
- Shopify Inc. – to the extent required for the App to operate via Shopify’s APIs.
- Service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, error-logging) under strict data-processing agreements.
5. Data retention & deletion
- Store name is retained only while the App is installed.
- Upon plan cancellation, all store-specific data is automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days.
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be kept for service improvement.
